Access Munster is a subscription based website that will house exclusive Munster Rugby content.

For a monthly (€10 November 2024 November 2025, reduces to €4 per month after) or annual fee (€42 reduced to €36 for MRSC members and 10 year ticket holders), users can gain access to

- Inside the HPC: Go inside the High Performance Center in Limerick every week throughout the season and see preparations from inside the camp on game week

- Matchday Insider: Get a unique view of every match day at Thomond and Musgrave Park and go behind the scenes as Munster take to the field.

- Away Days: No one travels like the Munster support and with Away Days, we'll take you with the squad as they do battle in the URC and Champions Cup.

You'll also gain access to special features, documentaries and interviews throughout the season as we bring you closer than ever to the team you love.

Monthly Subscription A monthly subscription costs €4 per month and renews automatically each month. Please note that the initial subscription price may be higher during months when a live match is available to watch on Access Munster.

Annual Subscription An annual subscription costs €42 per year and renews automatically each year. MRSC members and 10-Year Ticket Holders can avail of a discounted rate of €36 per year with a valid discount code.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Access Munster until your next billing date, after which your subscription will expire.

If you are an MRSC member or 10 year ticket holder, you can request a code by emailing accessmunster@munsterrugby.ie - please include your membership number in the email.

After you have created an Access Munster account and you have chosen the annual option, you will be taken to a payment page. On the top of that page, you can enter a discount code, once you enter the code there, the price on the right hand side of the page will change from €42 to €36.

Yes, Access Munster is available anywhere in the world.

Please note the Munster V All Blacks XV game that was held on November 2nd 2024 was only available in Ireland and the UK live on Access Munster.

Yes, you can use Access Munster on up to three devices. You will be restricted after this amount.

Make sure the email you use has not been registered before and then click Forgot Password - you will receive a link to create a new password and you should gain access then.

You need to authorise payment via your banking app, once you have done this, you will be redirected back to complete your account.

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I signed up. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk or promotions folder, as confirmation emails can sometimes be filtered there.

If you still haven't received an email, you can log in to your Access Munster account immediately after signing up. To check that your subscription is active and view your next renewal date:

Yes, if you have a smart TV, you can cast Access Munster content to your TV by hitting the cast icon on the top right corner of the video. *may not be compatible with some devices.

On the log-in page, click "Forgot Password" - you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

You can cancel your account by going to "My Account" in your settings and choosing to cancel (you can access "My Account" by clicking the icon on the top right corner of the screen, instructions on how to cancel are then on the page .

On mobile, click the two lines on the top right hand corner of the page, and then click "My Account".

You will have access to your account up to your next billing date before your account will be closed.
